MY RECOMMENDED 10 DESTINATIONS IN MAURITIUS

Today I came up with a very new and interesting place where you will witness some of the most iconic and vibrant views . It is an island nation in the East Africa with having approximately  12.7 lakhs population. Yes, I am talking about none other than Mauritius . It is that place known for its culture, vibes and traditions. Also it is a famous destination for honeymoon couples and destination weddings.

Mauritius is a place having 12.7 lakhs population approximately. Its capital is Port Louis. This country falls under Indian ocean in the East African continent. Mauritius is that famous destination where almost every year tourists visit in lakhs. It is a budget friendly destination for tourists who travels alone and also with family. Here the culture is mixed and the language that is spoken over here is called Creole. However Creole is their official language but English is also spoken here widely.  Earlier this country was called Dina Arobi as it was first discovered by Arab sailors.

So now I am going to discuss some of the places of Mauritius which I think the best ones for tourists an which I recommend too.

1. Trou Aux Biches :- It is basically a small town. This town is having beach on the northern coast of Mauritius. This is the most beautiful and tourist attracted beach in entire Mauritius. Recommendable  place for tourists to visit. Average prices of hotels are about 3,088 INR and highest is about 40,000 INR.

2. Port Louis:- Like I mentioned earlier , it is the capital of Mauritius. People coming from all over the world enters first here. This place is having big buildings with many market places and  others what  capital  cities do have. This place is having a population of about 1.48 lakhs. The hotel rates are  7,407 INR and the highest price is about 45,885 INR. Lovely city to hang out.

3. Ile Aux Cerfs:-

 This is basically a private island with beaches having white sands. Tourists visit this place a lot. Also this place has 87 hectares of land for vegetation. The view and aura of this place is awesome. Must visit this place…..! . Here minimum hotels rates are 2000 INR and highest hotel rates are 76,067 INR.

4. Pereybere:- This is located on the northern cost of Mauritius. A friendly spot for tourists. The rates for here are like about 10,000 INR and highest is above 10 thousand INR.

5. Le Morne:- It is yet another spot for tourists. View from here is awesome. Please visit this place once. The lowest hotel rates is about 7,769 INR and the highest is 36000 INR.

6. Chamarel Coloured Earth:- This place is actually geological formation of seven coloured earths. Basically it is a place of sand dunes and now it has become a tourists spot from the 1960s. Tourists mainly visit Mauritius to see this place.

7. La Cuvette Beach:- Best place for swimming , snorkeling and also for relaxing. The lowest  rates for hotel is 3,026 INR and highest price may rise to 40 thousand INR. There are lots of hotels in La Cuvette. The beach is so beautiful. Please visit this place once.

8. Flic En Flac Beach:- Flic En Flac is a village which is situated on the northern coast of Mauritius. It is basically a seaside village with soothing beaches around. Lots of tourists across the globe visits here. The lowest hotel rates are 6,469 INR and can highest is about 42,000 INR.

9. Black River Gorges National Park :- Located in the south western part of Mauritius , is a national park. Like other national park , this park is having a wide range of animals like tiger , lion , bear and others. Tourists who are deeply fond of watching wild animals can visit there.  

10. Casela World of Adventures:- It is basically a safari park where you can experience watching wild animals in front of your eyes and also you can have an experience of interacting with them. You can do safari tours , ziplining , camel rides .  

This country is very beautiful overall and I recommend to visit those who have not or wants to visit. You will fall in love with this place.
