When it comes to travelling in Asia with good attractions and scenic beauty and famous beaches, then Singapore might be the best place for one meeting those above criteria. One can enjoy its beauty with mix aura of European and Asian culture. As per my experience , it is a very good place for children too. As there are many activites for kids to cherish every bit of their moment. Some of the 5 best and famous places of Singapore that one can visit:-

1.    Merlion Statue:-

One of the most popular destinations in Singapore..... A lot of tourists visit there. Basically Merlion is the mythical creature of lion's head and fish's body. It is situated near Central Business district. It is established in the year 2002. There are all total of seven merlion statues in the entire Singapore.  The sight where this is situated is very soothing. I personally enjoyed the view. If one wishes to visit Singapore then he or she must include this sight into their bucket list.

2.    Sentosa Island:- It is one of the most exciting places that one wishes to visit. A very nice sight to spend some quality time with family and childrens. This island has a lot of sea beaches, hotels, events for childrens and lot more. During my Singapore visit I kept one whole day for Sentosa island. This place is really really so beautiful that I got lost into its aura, its beauty.

3.    Botanic Gardens in Singapore:-

Those who love to see natural beauty especially greenery, then Botanical garden might be the best choice for them in Singapore.
This place is 161 years old. It is  honoured as  UNESCO World heritage site. A lot of tourists visits this place from different parts of the globe. I  personally recommend everyone who wishes to visit Singapore must do check out this place. This place looks awesome and beautiful both from outside as well as from inside. One will fall in love with the inner structure of this botanical garden.

4.    Universal Studio:-

It is basically a theme oark located in the Sentosa islands. It has a total of 28 different rides and has different attractions. It also has shows. It is one of the most popular place for tourists especially for the kids. Here you can enjoy a lots of rides, you will enjoy the shows. Apart from that you can do shopping as well as dining. Street entertainment and meet and greet is done here as well. Overall my personal opinion is that you should visit this place once.

5.    Singapore Zoo:- 

Singapore zoo earlier known as Mandai Zoo is one of the famous zoo in the entire Singapore. Here lots of activites that tourists coming from different parts of the world can do. Starting from tram ride , Splash safari, shows, fragile forest etc and lots of activities to do. Here a variety of wild animals and other species are there. From old turtles to white lion this zoo is famous for Komado dragon. Children especially enjoy seeing the animals. Also this is one of the famous tourist site.

Apart from these five places there are many places. As I have visited Singapore, it is so beautiful that it became one of my favourite destinations in Asia. From my personal experience if one wishes to see all the famous places there, then I  would suggest to stay there for atleast 1 week to explore nicely. The people of Singapore are very much loyal and very friendly and they give very nice hospitality.

When it comes about food and shopping, I will say that tourists will good taste over there. The food is so tasty . I liked the cusines during my stay . I tasted almost different types of food and snacks. And for shopping , there are different types of malls and shops for tourists to shop. One of them is Bugis , a very famous mall where one can get best products at an affordable price. At last I would say this is the best place for tourists to visit with their family in holidays. I have really enjoyed this place a lot and I wish in near future to travel once again.
