Hello everyone today I am going to discuss about the
most beautiful and popular destinations
of all time in Europe. Now one might be thinking that in Europe almost all the
places are beautiful and famous destinations. But the place which I will be
discussing in this blog is about Switzerland.
Yes ! Switzerland , almost every year a huge number of
tourists visit this beautiful hill station in the Europe. One of the most
famous place with its natural aura . The only thing which attracts tourists to
visit this place is the mountains covered with snow. In Switzerland , there are
many beautiful places to visit including its capital Bern .
So here I will
not only be discussing about its beauty only , but also about its
accommodation, food and hotel rates.
1. Zurich:-
Lying in the north end of the Switzerland , this place is having a population of about 5 lacs
people. With amidst beauty and aura this place is banking and financial capital
of Switzerland.
Here you can visit Old town , Museums and also can
visit Churches. In the evening time you can explore the nightlife of Switzerland
and also you can do some shopping. Like you can visit Grossmunster, Swiss National
Museum, and Framunster Church.
Accomodation and Food: Hotels having different rates
starting from Rs. 4900(USD $65.44) per person. There
are different types of hotels having different price range . If someone is a
bagpacker and wants to stay in youth hostels instead of hotels then the lowest
price is Rs. 4929(USD $65.83) per person . Mind you the prices for both the hostels and
hotels are charged according to per night.In Zurich , there wont be any problem
for the people travelling from all over the world. Specially for the people who
loves Indian food, there are lots of restaurants in Zurich. My recommendation
would be to atleast stay here for 2 days if you are travelling to Switzerland
for 1 week. There are free wifi services in the hostels and hotels.
2. Bern:- The Capital of Switzerland is very very
beautiful and having some wonderful destinations like The Cathedral of Bern,
Bear Pit, Zytglogge , and UNESCO Von Bern.
Accomodation and Food: Here the rates for the hotels
are a bit costlier in compare to Zurich , however it depends on the season that
the rates may differ. But the minimum price is Rs. 6,800(USD $ 90.82). The rates for
youth hostels price is around Rs. 7000 (USD $93.49)per night with Wifi
services(both in hotels and hostels). In food section there will not be any
problem just like Zurich because there are lots and lost of restaurants . Indian
food is also available for Indians and all Indian food lovers with different budget
restaurants.
3. Schaffhausen:- This place comes to the mind when
you think of travelling to Switzerland. The places that you can think of to visit
are like Rhine falls, Museums, Munot Club and other places.
Accomodation and Food: The hotels are in Schaffhausen
are bit costlier in compare to Zurich starting from Rs 7000(USD $93.49) per night. However
there may be ups and downs in rate. Youth hostels are also having the same price
range. There are many budget friendly restaurants having different cuisines including
Indian Food. Wifi is also available in both hostels and hotels.
4. Engelberg:- Very famous place known for Mt. Titlis .
You can visit Mt. Titlis , Titlis Cliff walk , Stanserhorn, Ice Flyer, Susten Pass.
It’s a small but beautiful village having a population nearly 4000 people.
Accomodation and Food: Hotels and Youth Hostels are
having different range having Rs 8,744 (USD $ 116.78)and Rs. 7,840(USD $104.70) respectively per night.
There are different hotels and youth hostels in different locations. When it
comes to food part then you need not to worry about because there are restaurants in
Engelberg and including Indian food also. The hotels
and restaurants and the Youth hostels are having wifi facility.
